EADL — Euro African Diffusion ("EADL") is a European export and distribution company supplying established European brands to importers, distributors, wholesalers and retail networks across Africa. This website (euroafric.com) is a B2B commercial showcase; it is not addressed to consumers.

Data we collect
When you submit one of our enquiry forms (wholesale price request, distributor application or export-team contact), we collect the details you enter: company name, contact name, professional email address, phone number, country of operation, business type, the brands or categories you are interested in, and your message or estimated requirement.
Together with your submission we store limited technical context: the page and URL the request was sent from, the site language, your consent record, your browser's user agent, and a hashed (non-reversible) version of your IP address used solely for anti-spam protection and rate limiting.
Your request is stored server-side in our secure database so the export team can process it.
How we use your data
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your B2B commercial enquiry — for example sending a wholesale quotation, assessing a distributor application or organising a call with the export team.
The hashed IP address and submission metadata are used only to protect the service against abuse (spam, automated mass submissions).
Legal basis
We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form (required checkbox) and, where applicable, of our legitimate business interest in answering professional enquiries addressed to us.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not use it for advertising profiling. This website currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party audience tracking.
Retention and access
Your enquiry is kept only as long as needed to handle it and to manage the resulting commercial relationship, and no longer than required by our legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised.
Access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised members of the EADL export team who need it to respond to you.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, at any time by writing to marketing@euroafric.com. We will answer within a reasonable delay.
